Shipping Policy:

Once the order is placed by you on our website, we will dispatch the placed order within 48 working hours from confirmation of your orders.

Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. 

An order is not entitled to be canceled once placed and confirmed by the user. 

Refund will be processed through the payment channel used at the time of placing order.

Refund will be credited within 7 to 15 days of requesting the same.

The delivery is subject to delay, as per unavoidable circumstances in the location where the delivery is to be performed. 

It is also noted that the delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of our courier services. 

If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then the order will be taken by you with making proper coordination with the delivery personnel/ delivery partner, if they are calling on your provided contact number. 

It is also noted that delivery attempts shall be for at least two times if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery.
